Acer AspireRevo AR3700 nettop packs Atom D525 and NVIDIA Ion

Acer has updated its AspireRevo nettop in the shape of the new AR3700 model, throwing in Intel’s latest dual-core Atom D525 processor that, as before, is paired with NVIDIA Ion graphics.  There’s also 2GB of DDR3 memory and a 250GB drive, plus an HDMI port for outputting up to 1080p HD.

ASUS Eee Box EB1501U and EB1012U with USB 3.0 hit site

We’ll admit, it took us a short while to figure out the difference between ASUS’ new Eee Box EB1501U and Eee Box EB1012U nettops compared to their outwardly-identical predecessors – each uses Intel’s dual-core Atom 330 processor paired with NVIDIA Ion graphics – but the key is in the connectivity.  That “U” suffix stands for USB 3.0, with the EB1501U getting two front-mounted USB 3.0 ports and the EB1012U getting three spread across the front and side panels.

Sony VAIO M entry-level N450 netbook announced

Sony have unveiled their latest netbook, the Sony VAIO M Series, and they’re positioning it right at the entry-point of the market.  The 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 ultraportable packs Intel’s Atom N450 1.66GHz processor, along with a 250GB hard-drive, and will be available in black or white.

LG X300 ultra-thin packs 3G, 2GHz Atom Z550

LG have outed a new ultra-thin notebook, the LG X300, and it’s seemingly using Intel’s 2GHz Menlow-based Atom Z550 rather than any of the new Pine Trail chips. Measuring a scant 17.6mm thick, the X300 has an 11.6-inch display, 2GB of RAM and an SSD for storage.
