Reviving the traditional metal samovars, a Russian contraption for heating water to make tea, Yarel Yair studio commissioned by Shabbat and Moed has developed an electric kettle made entirely in white ceramics to complement the contemporary home appliances. Integrating a detachable water tank for easy cleaning and refilling, the new kettle uses clean and safe electric power for heating. Featuring a simple, smooth design, the electric kettle takes up little space on your living room shelf and looks more like a piece of art than an appliance used in day-to-day life.
